When i apply a broadband approach to body-awareness, it's an attitude of being on the lookout for anything and everything happening in my body – wanting to know what's happening ... wanting to feel how it really feels inside. And a way to do this, is to ask your body "what's the truth?" – This is something i've done for years but only recently realised how it ties up with broadband sensing.

This fits with so many other ideas of "your body knows the truth" (in a limited, but very direct and accurate way) – also in the sense of your emotions being trapped in specific areas. I notice also, usually my body will be wanting something or wanting me to do something – and every time i want something, the body gets ready for it. Intentions manifest in tensions.
